Making it is a pleasure, but it is easy to forget what needs doing and when, and even easier to get the proportions wrong. This app keeps track for you. Every recipe has been checked against several sources and is written step by step, with the waiting time for each step. The fruit calendar shows what to start this month, and the calculator works out how much spirit, sugar and water you need.
