About
Know your job cost before you bid. LANDCMD helps contractors estimate costs for grading, driveways, excavation, land clearing, landscaping, and more. • Save equipment profiles with fuel consumption, ownership costs, insurance, and maintenance reserves. • Include labor, materials, rentals, disposal, and transportation. • Calculate area and volume from job measurements. • View itemized costs, suggested selling prices, and projected profit. • Save estimates on your device. • Export PDFs with your business logo and share them through your device’s share menu. No account required. Estimate calculations work offline. Results depend on the costs and hours you enter. Estimates are planning tools, not guaranteed prices or profits. No sales tax is calculated. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP LANDCMD is a free download. An annual subscription unlocks estimating, equipment profiles, and business settings. The U.S. price is $19.99 per year, billed once annually; local prices are shown before purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Saved estimates remain available to view after expiration. Internet is needed to purchase or restore. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://landcmd-support.abuzzpixie.chatgpt.site/privacy.html
