Be Bloom: Focus Planner

About

Be Bloom helps you use your phone less without fighting it. Plan your day, hold back the apps that hook you and get back to what really matters. YOUR DAY, FROM WAKE-UP TO BEDTIME Every day starts when you wake up and ends at bedtime. In between you see your tasks and your free time, with ideas to fill it. Tap a gap to add a task at that time, or press and hold a task to move it. BREATHE BEFORE OPENING SOCIAL APPS Choose the apps that distract you. If you open one during a pause, Be Bloom invites you to breathe for a few seconds with a calm animation. Then you decide: get back to what you were doing or open it for a while. No punishment, no guilt. FOCUS Start a pomodoro and your apps stay held back until it ends. See your focus minutes and the time you gain, translated into your life: “a movie + coffee with friends”. HABITS WITHOUT STREAKS TO BREAK Gentle weekly goals: “3 of 5 this week”. Every day counts, and the ones that don't, that's okay. And log how you feel with one tap. BE BLOOM PREMIUM • Your tasks hold back your apps on their own: add “Study from 3 to 6 pm” with a Mode and Be Bloom takes care of it. • Unlimited Modes and apps, full block and a pause until you end it. • Your pause screen, with your colour and your phrase. • Move: while you study or work, it asks every so often how long it's been since you got up, and tells you what to do. • Your cycle, connected to your day. • Unlimited habits, with ideas made for you and a review every Sunday. • Monthly and yearly summaries, with tips. YOUR DATA IS YOURS No accounts, no passwords. Everything stays on your phone. ON IPHONE Be Bloom uses Apple's Screen Time to hold back the apps you choose. Apple doesn't tell us which apps you use or for how long: it only lets us add the pause. SUBSCRIPTION Be Bloom is free. Be Bloom Premium is a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial if you haven't used it before. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you subscribe. It renews automatically and you can cancel anytime in iPhone Settings; if you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
