Wella Business

About

Wella Business is Kwellaa's app for companies that move cargo in Mozambique. Shippers and carriers work in the same place, from the request to the delivery, at the price agreed in their contract. FOR SHIPPERS • Request transport in a few steps: collection point, destination, stops, cargo type and photos. • Book a carrier you have a contract with, priced from the agreed tariff. • Or send the request to available carriers and pick the right vehicle for the load. • Schedule a trip for one or several days. • Create many requests at once from an Excel spreadsheet. • Follow every order: status, driver, vehicle and position on the map. FOR CARRIERS • Receive your clients' requests and accept them from your phone. • Fill in each contract's tariff route by route — by hand or by importing an Excel file — and send it to the client for approval. • Assign the work to your drivers. • Hand an order over to another carrier and see the margin you keep. CONTRACTS • Check active contracts, the tariff for each route and consumption. • Approve or reject changes proposed by the other party. FLEET MANAGEMENT • Vehicles, drivers and managers registered in one place. • Fuel and maintenance records, with alerts for overdue services, and export to Excel. • A dashboard summarising the period: active orders, contract spending or revenue, and drivers online. FOR THE WHOLE TEAM • Everyone sees what their role needs: fleet manager, operations manager or company administrator. • Notifications when an order is accepted or changes status. • Available in Portuguese and English. Wella Business is for companies with a Kwellaa account. To set one up for your company, contact the Kwellaa team.
