PE Orders

About

PE Orders turns an iPad into the order tablet for your Panda Eats restaurant. Orders and reservations from your online ordering page arrive the moment diners place them, ring until someone answers, and print to your kitchen and receipt printers. NEVER MISS AN ORDER Every new order rings and shows a three minute countdown. Accept it with a preparation time, or reject it with a reason, and the diner hears back straight away. Orders booked for later wait in their own list and ring again when it is time to start cooking. EVERYTHING ON ONE SCREEN Orders, reservations and catering inquiries side by side with their details: items and choices, the diner's notes, the delivery address and distance, how they paid, and the courier's progress on deliveries sent to Uber Direct. PRINT TO YOUR KITCHEN Finds the receipt and kitchen printers on your restaurant's network by itself. Tickets print the moment an order is accepted, and any ticket can be printed again with one tap. RUN THE SERVICE Pause pickup, delivery, reservations or catering when the kitchen is overwhelmed. Mark items, sizes and add-ons as sold out so your ordering page hides them. Check the day's sales in the end of day report and print it at closing. MEAL PLANS See today's meal plan lunches, who has picked up and who still owes, and take payment at the counter. BUILT FOR THE COUNTER Made for the 10.2 inch iPad in either orientation, with large buttons and text you can read across the kitchen. Works in English, Spanish, French, Italian and Simplified Chinese. You need a Panda Eats restaurant account. Pair this iPad with the tablet username and password from your merchant dashboard. Panda Eats is an online ordering platform for independent restaurants.
