Wondrous

About

Wondrous shows you one Bible verse each day. Each verse plays over a moving scene. The words appear as they are read aloud, with quiet background sound. It takes less than a minute. The name comes from Psalm 119:18: "Open my eyes that I may see wondrous things from Your law." EACH DAY • One verse a day, with its own moving scene • Three voices to choose from, or no voice • Background sound for each scene, which you can turn off • Read in context: the surrounding passage and a short note • A daily reminder at a time you choose • Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen with the day's verse THE LIBRARY • More than a hundred verses are ready, and a new one comes each day • Earlier days' verses stay in the library • Find a verse for what you need: peace, hope, comfort, courage, rest and more • Save the ones you want to keep • Share a verse as an image or a short video THE TEXT AND THE VOICES Scripture is from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain. One voice is Bob Souer's, from that translation's own recording. The other two, Warm baritone and Warm alto, are synthetic voices. FREE AND MEMBERSHIP Today's verse and yesterday's are free. Without a membership you can also open one verse for each need and save up to three. A Wondrous Membership opens every verse in the library and lets you save as many as you like.
