CertKeeper

About

Your license is your livelihood. CertKeeper makes sure you never miss a renewal. Paramedics, nurses, firefighters, contractors, cosmetologists, IT professionals, and real estate and insurance agents all share one risk: an expired credential can stop you from working. CertKeeper keeps every license, certification, permit, and training record in one place, organized by expiration date. SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION The dashboard shows how many credentials are expiring soon, how many have expired, and your total count. Tap any number to filter your list instantly. Every credential is color-coded. Green means more than 90 days remain. Yellow means 31 to 90 days. Orange means 30 days or less. Red means expired. REMINDERS THAT GIVE YOU TIME CertKeeper sends renewal reminders at 9:00 AM at 180, 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before each expiration. You get plenty of notice to schedule a class, complete continuing education, or file paperwork. SCAN A CARD, SKIP THE TYPING Photograph a certification card and CertKeeper fills in the name, issuing organization, number, and dates automatically. Scanning happens entirely on your device. KEEP YOUR PROOF CLOSE Attach photos and PDFs to any credential.
