DESTGO Driver

About

DESTGO Driver is the companion app for drivers of transportation companies that use DESTGO to dispatch non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) trips. Your company creates your account and gives you your access. Once you sign in you can: • See your assigned trips for the day, with pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment times, passenger notes and mobility needs (ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher). • Open turn-by-turn navigation in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze with one tap. • Update each trip as you go: En route, Pick up, Transporting and Finish, so dispatch always knows where every trip stands. • Capture the passenger's signature on screen when the trip is completed. • Complete your daily vehicle inspection from the app. • Share your live location with dispatch while a trip is in progress, so the company can follow the trip and keep an accurate record of the route. Location is only collected while a trip is active, and is never used for advertising. The app is available in English and Spanish. An account from a transportation company that uses DESTGO is required. If you are a driver and need access, contact your company's dispatcher.
