About

Mizam Business is the staff app for the Mizam digital menu and ordering platform. Sign in with the account your restaurant gave you; the right screen opens for your role. Works on phones and tablets; on a tablet, screens split into two panes. Floor (waiters) • Table map: free, occupied and being-cleaned tables, with each table's total and party size • Waiter calls, bill requests and cash confirmations in one list • Approve or reject orders guests place from the table QR code • Tap a table, take the order, send it to the kitchen • If the network drops, floor actions are kept and sent in order when it returns Shared floor tablet • Everyone on shift uses the tablet at the counter: pick your name, enter your four-digit PIN • Orders are recorded under the right person; the tablet locks itself when idle • Manager tasks do not open with a PIN Kitchen display • New · preparing · ready columns, with each order's waiting time • Orders getting close to or past their time are marked with colour and words • Sound and screen alert on new orders; one tap to the next step, with a few seconds to undo • Station mode for the wall tablet: pair with a code from the panel, no personal account, the screen stays on Bookings and door queue • Today's bookings: confirm, arrived, no-show • Door queue: who is waiting and for how long, call, seat at a table Owners and managers • Today's revenue, order count, open tables, tips and best sellers • Edit menu prices; the guest menu keeps the old price until you publish • Mark an item sold out with one tap; the guest menu shows "sold out" • Write table NFC tags and verify them by reading them back Every role • Orders, calls and payments arrive instantly; on a weak connection the app falls back to regular polling • Notification centre grouped into orders, kitchen, payments and system • Light and dark theme, Turkish and English To use Mizam Business, a Mizam restaurant has to invite you as staff; staff cannot create their own accounts.
