Tunnel Drive: Calm Car Ride

About

Tunnel Drive: sit back and ride through real road tunnels, built from map data of the real places. The car drives itself. Watch the approach and its speed signs, the hill, the tunnel mouth, the rhythm of the lights passing overhead, the turning fans, and then the light at the end. Press the gas or the brake to set the pace, tap the road to pause, press the middle of the steering wheel to honk. - 7 real tunnels: Klimkovice (Czechia), Lærdal (Norway, the longest road tunnel in the world), Gotthard (Switzerland), Mont Blanc (France and Italy), Holland Tunnel (New York), Eisenhower (Colorado) and Blanka (Prague), each with its real length, curves and hills. - 2 dream tunnels: Neon Line (Future City) and Starlight Passage (Fairyland). - The Channel Tunnel from England to France: 50 km, 38 of them under the sea. - Day, dusk or night. Dry or rain, with wipers and a wet road. Traffic from none to many. Warm or white tunnel lamps. - A classic sports-car cockpit with round dials, a steering wheel with hands on it, and a car radio with three stations. Designed with sensory-sensitive kids in mind: - Bedtime: dim, warm, night-time and quiet. It can switch itself on in the evening. - Extra safe lights: no strong pulsing from the tunnel lamps, for light-sensitive kids. - No scores, no countdowns, no way to fail. Nothing loud or sudden happens on its own, and one tap turns all sound off. - A play-time limit that grown-ups can set. For every tunnel fan of any age. Gentle and safe by design: - No ads. - No account and no sign-in. - Works offline; the radio fetches more songs when you are online. We collect no personal information, only anonymous usage statistics. Klimkovice and Blanka are free to drive. One optional one-time purchase, behind a simple grown-ups-only check, unlocks the other 8 tunnels. That is all it unlocks; every setting, the radio and the ride are free. No subscription.
