Sufrati organizes your weekly meals around your goal, with quick taps and no typing. Pick a plan (or let Sufrati help you choose), answer a few button questions about your body and goal, and your plan is ready: • Saudi family kitchen: kabsa, maqluba, mandi, béchamel pasta, soups, breakfasts and the Maghrib tea gathering, portioned for your household and kids, with reminders to thaw meat and soak rice. • Weight loss, cutting, muscle gain, keto, low-carb and carb cycling: estimated calories, protein, carbs and fat from your age, height, weight and activity, with portioned meals (at least 8 options per meal so your week doesn't repeat). • A kidney-friendly plan based on a published dietary guide, with no automatic calorie calculation. • A weekly shopping list sorted by market section, shareable with a link your husband or driver can tick off, showing how long each pack lasts you. • Add a restaurant meal to your plan in one tap. • Cook: an invite link gives your cook the daily schedule in Arabic, English or Amharic, a reminder before every meal and a “Prepared” button. • Doctors and dietitians (after account approval): follow the plans of people who link to them and adjust and approve their calories. • Font size follows your account. No ads. Important: calories, quantities and prices are estimates (about ±10%), not medical advice. Sufrati is a meal-organizing tool, not a substitute for your doctor or dietitian. We don't calculate calories automatically for under-18s, pregnant or nursing women, or people with chronic conditions or eating disorders; we refer them to a specialist. You can delete your account and data inside the app.
