Flood Pairs: Save the Pairs

About

Puddle Island is shrinking fast, and every animal needs a ride! Hoot, the island's boat captain, has one rule: buddies only. Nobody sails alone. Tap a free animal to send it to the dock. When two of the same kind meet, they hop aboard the boat together. Sounds easy? Not when the flood keeps creeping up from below. Every few moves the water climbs another row. Save the animals at the bottom first, keep the dock from filling up, and clear a path for everyone else. Plan ahead, because the sea never waits.
