ArDanebde builds your meal plan and your workout plan from your own numbers: age, height, weight, activity, goal and the equipment you have, at home or in the gym. No guesswork: workouts follow coach-written programs matched to your level and training days, then fitted to your time and equipment. BASIC • Your full weekly meal plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks from Georgian and international recipes, always filtered for your allergies (and for your diet wherever the recipes allow), with portions sized to your calorie target • Swap a meal for another with the same calories • A 4-week workout program built on professional coaches' programs, home or gym, with warm-up, strength work, cardio and cool-down and a video for every exercise: a new week opens every 7 days, with different exercises each week • Guided workout sessions, set by set: a video for every move, a tick for each set, and the rest between sets starts by itself, with the countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island • An alternative for every exercise, for the same muscle and each with its own video: the one you pick stays in your program • Works offline: your plan stays on your phone, and a workout done without internet is sent when you are back online • Start your program again from week 1 at any time • A new plan once a week PREMIUM Everything in Basic, plus the AI coach: up to 15 questions a day about your own plan (answers are AI-generated and labelled as such). Basic can start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. SUBSCRIPTIONS Basic and Premium are monthly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings.
