Office Guard Home watches the two places scams reach you: the email you read and the texts you get from numbers you do not know. It warns you, in plain words, before you act. It never changes, hides, or answers a message for you. EMAIL WARNINGS, IN PLAIN WORDS Connect the mailbox you use every day and Office Guard Home checks incoming mail on every device you read it on. When something looks wrong, you get a notification and a card that says what we found, who it came from, and what to do next: - A relative or friend "in trouble" who needs money now - Gift cards, crypto, or a wire as the only way to pay - Tech support or a refund that needs remote access to your computer - A prize, lottery, or inheritance that needs a fee first - The IRS, Social Security, a court, or the police threatening arrest - A bank or card alert that wants you to click and sign in - A package that needs a small fee to be delivered - A new online friend or an investment that turns to money - A message sent from a country where these scams are known to come from - A dangerous link to a site reported for phishing or malware - A name you know sent from an address you have never used with them - Before you send a Social Security number, a card number, or bank details by mistake Every warning ends with advice you can act on: call them on a number you already had, do not click the link, hang up and call the bank yourself. TEXT PROTECTION Office Guard Home can watch the texts that arrive from numbers not in your contacts. When a text looks like a scam, it is filed under Junk before it reaches you, with the reason. Texts from your contacts are never touched. Office Guard Home cannot alter, delete, or reply to any message. PROTECT YOUR FAMILY The Family plan covers five people, each with their own mailbox and their own warnings. You see who in the family is protected and that a warning fired, never anyone's mail, and each member can turn even that off.
