DM DESK AI

About

DM DESK is the AI front desk for local businesses. It answers your website chat and Instagram DMs day or night, using your real hours, menu, prices and policies. When a customer needs a person, your phone buzzes and one tap opens that exact conversation. This app is the companion to your DM DESK account. Sign in with the same account you use on the web. In the app you can: • Get a push alert the moment a customer asks for a person, and tap straight into the conversation. • Read every conversation in one inbox and step in whenever you want. • See the leads and contact details customers leave. • Follow orders customers start in chat, sent to your own checkout. • Send yourself a test notification to make sure alerts are working. It knows when to hand off. Allergy questions, complaints and anything sensitive go to you, not the bot. Your checkout. Your money. Customers pay on your own ordering page, never through DM DESK.
