Saldofy

About

Saldofy is a cloud accounting platform built for Estonian businesses. The mobile app puts your company's books in your pocket: scan receipts, manage sales and purchase invoices, check your bank account and count stock by barcode. Everything syncs live with the Saldofy web app — same database, same security. WHAT THE APP DOES ▸ RECEIPT SCANNING — point the camera at a receipt or pick a photo; the supplier, amount and VAT are read for you. Review and confirm. ▸ SALES INVOICES — see who is unpaid, overdue or partly paid. Create an invoice and record a cash or card payment. ▸ PURCHASE BILLS — every supplier bill in one list with its due date. ▸ BANK — account balances and recent transactions. ▸ INVENTORY & BARCODES — scan a barcode to see stock, run a stocktake: scan, enter the quantity, next. Serial numbers and batches supported. ▸ REPORTS & DASHBOARD — receivables, overdue invoices, monthly sales and costs at a glance. ▸ HOUSING ASSOCIATION — as a resident, see your bills, submit meter readings and report a defect. SECURITY ▸ Face ID or passcode sign-in — no need to type your password every time. ▸ Two-factor authentication (2FA). ▸ Encrypted transport (TLS) and the session stored in the iOS Keychain. ▸ The session locks in the background and unlocks with Face ID. WHO IT IS FOR The mobile app is a companion to the Saldofy web app (saldofy.ee) and free for every Saldofy customer. Accounts are created on the web; the app signs in to an existing account.
