Keeping in touch with the people who matter is part of the mental load of running a life. Contacts Minder prompts you, gently. It's for the people you mean to stay connected with: family, old friends, the parents of your kids' friends, neighbours, the people who matter but can sometimes get lost in the busy-ness of daily live. It isn't another address book. It sits alongside your phone's own Contacts and keeps track of the part your phone doesn't: how you like to stay in touch with each person, how often, and when you last connected. Not every relationship looks the same. For some people a quick text is all it takes. For others, you only feel connected after a long lunch. Contacts Minder lets you choose what counts for each person, so a text to your aunt keeps you in rhythm, while a text to your best friend is the start of planning the next catch-up. Your Dashboard shows your circle as a simple diagram. The people you're in touch with sit in the middle, and everyone drifts outward at their own pace. When someone has been out of touch for a while, you get a gentle nudge to consider reaching out. No targets, no nagging, no guilt. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Set a rhythm for each person, from weekly to once a year, or your own, like every 6 weeks • Choose what counts as connecting for each person: a text, an email, a call, or time together • Log every contact, from a quick text to a long dinner, with a note so you remember what you talked about • Send a text or email straight from the app, and it's logged for you • Plan a catch-up, and Contacts Minder asks how it went afterwards • See at a glance who you're close to, who's coming up and who has drifted • Postpone a nudge, or rest a relationship for a season without losing anything • Keep phone numbers, emails, addresses and notes together, in categories you choose • Add someone in seconds by sharing their card from your phone's Contacts app WORKS WITH YOUR OTHER CRAFT+SENSE APPS • Send a nudge to Task Minder as a to-do, like "Book lunch with Sam" • Planned catch-ups appear in Notice Minder with your other appointments, and stay in sync • Gentle nudges appear in Month Minder alongside everything else you've got handled this month • Link a person to their birthday in Date Minder, then call or text them from the birthday reminder HOW IT WORKS Contacts Minder is free for up to 10 connections. A single one-time purchase (no subscription) unlocks as many people as you like, shows your nudges in Month Minder, and adds a full backup and a printable history for each person. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Contacts Minder doesn't need an account, doesn't use analytics or ads, and doesn't send anything to a server. It never reads your address book: people only come in when you add them yourself or share a card. Everything you enter stays on your own device.
