NeuralClean for Schools

About

NeuralClean for Schools gives business managers, bursars and site staff proof of every clean at their buildings, from the cleaning company that looks after them. SEE WHAT NEEDS YOU Home opens on what is waiting: inspections and weekly hours to sign, quotes to answer, surveys and notices, for all your buildings or one. SIGN OFF WITH CONFIDENCE Read each inspection's scores and the week's hours, then sign with your finger. Hours over the contract are pointed out before you sign, so you pay for the hours that were worked. CHECK THE EVIDENCE Every visit's photographs, room by room, with a slider from as found to as left, and the times the crew checked in and out. See the work without walking the building. REPORT A PROBLEM, FOLLOW IT THROUGH Say what was wrong from the visit itself, with photographs taken in the app's own camera. Follow the conversation with the office and say whether it is sorted. ASK FOR MORE Book an extra visit, or ask for a deep-clean quote. A quote shows the price, the hours and the dates, and nothing is booked or charged until you approve it. STAY INSPECTION-READY See the vetting and training of everyone who cleans for you, accidents on your site, equipment safety and your ratings. Raise a safeguarding concern straight to the cleaning company's designated safeguarding lead. REPORT TO GOVERNORS AND PAY Monthly and termly reports summarise visits, inspection scores and what changed, ready to share. Pay invoices by card or Direct Debit. NeuralClean for Schools is for organisations whose cleaning contractor uses NeuralClean. Your contractor sets up your account and your School ID.
