Team France is the coaching app for Team France Training. Invited clients can view assigned workouts, track meals and progress, and message their coach. TRAINING View workouts assigned by your coach and log your sets and progress. NUTRITION Track meals, calories, macros, and water. Nutrition targets are set by your coach or entered by you; the app does not independently recommend medical targets. Sources and calculations are available from the food logger and health screens. COACHING Message your coach and track your fitness progress. An account provided by your gym or coach is required.
