About
LIFE.GG measures the distance between who you are today and the person you've decided to become. Pick three to six core habits: the gym, reading, cooking at home, a daily devotional, creatine, logging your sleep. Check them off each day. Your Life Score is the share of them done today. Streaks count themselves, and a broken one is logged plainly so you can move on. TODAY Every checkmark on one screen, with steps, exercise minutes and habits as three rings. Logging takes under a minute. WORKOUT Your routine by weekday. Log each set with last session's numbers beside it. The two-minute rest runs as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on Apple Watch, with Start rest, Skip and End buttons. APPLE WATCH Start, count your reps, Next, rest. The weight carries over from your last set. STATS Your level and XP, gym and creatine streaks with rank tiers, a month board showing how consistent you've been, and your recent sessions. SCREEN TIME GATE Choose apps to lock each day. They unlock once you reach 5,000 steps and 30 exercise minutes. An emergency override is there when you need it. LIFE A reset counter, a board for recurring chores, and your projects with how far along they are. RANKS An opt-in leaderboard over the metrics you choose to share. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Nothing is visible to anyone until you turn it on, metric by metric. Faith, sleep, weight and sexual health can never be shared; there is no switch for them. Steps, exercise, runs and weight are read from Apple Health on your iPhone and never uploaded.
