For compatible formulations and amounts, the reference curve shows the contribution of recorded injections in a published pharmacokinetic model with a fixed research profile. Your recorded weight does not personalise the model. Formulations without a model can still be recorded. The curve does not measure concentration in your body, predict your individual response or guide dosing, treatment or when to inject. Folumi does not replace care from a healthcare professional.
