Mix: Book Salons & Clubs

About

Mix is booking for places in Kyrgyzstan and the day-to-day work of those places, in one app. Find a salon, barbershop, clinic, dental office, massage or sports club, book in two taps, pay for the visit and earn Mix points that work across the whole network. FOR CLIENTS • Place catalog. Beauty salons, barbershops, nail studios, clinics and dentists, fitness, padel and tennis, pet groomers, car washes and more. Photos, services, prices, opening hours, reviews, address and directions. List or map, search by name, city and category. • Booking in two taps. The nearest free time comes first. Choose a service, a specialist and a time: you are booked and a reminder arrives on its own. Service durations and add-ons are taken into account; reschedule or cancel in a couple of taps. • Payment. Prepayments and bills from the place: in your bank app (MBANK, Optima, Bakai, O!Dengi and other banks via Finik) or by bank card. Receipts are kept in "Payments and receipts". • Mix points and wallet. Cashback in points builds up at every place in the network and can be spent at any of them. The wallet holds your balance and level, memberships, service bundles, gift certificates and deposits. The points redemption code is shown as a QR code. • Chat with the place and its AI assistant. Ask about prices, free time and the address: the place's assistant answers at once, and a staff member joins when needed. You can get a prepayment bill right in the conversation. • Family and profiles. Book for children, relatives, pets and cars from one account. Visit history and records are kept for each place separately. • Players and tournaments. Player profile, finding a partner by level, invitations to play, club ranking and tournaments: padel, tennis, football and other sports. • Reminders and signals. We remind you about a visit two hours ahead. Tap "On my way", "Running late" or "I'm here" and the place is notified. • Calendar, widgets, quick actions. Add a visit to your calendar, put a widget with your next visit or points on the Home Screen, and open the screen you need with a long press on the icon. • Dark and light themes; Russian and Kyrgyz languages. FOR BUSINESS The work mode is for staff of places connected to Mix: owners, managers, administrators, cashiers and specialists. Permissions and branches are the same as in the web console. Switch modes with one tap; one sign-in, Mix ID. • Appointment journal. The day by staff member and room, drag-and-drop rescheduling, time blocks, visit statuses. • Point of sale. Shift, payment by cash, card, QR and points, products with a barcode scanner, a receipt for the client. • Clients. A client card with visits, tags and notes. For clinics, a medical record: history, dental chart, treatment plans. • Messages. Conversations from all of the place's channels in one feed, with quick replies: free time, service, address, bill. • Instant updates. A new booking, a cancellation or a message arrives at once, as a push notification and in the Inbox. • Staff, payroll, inventory, analytics. Revenue, utilization, stock and payroll in your pocket. • TV board. The queue and waiting area on a TV screen: point the camera at the QR code on the screen and the board is connected. • The work mode is protected by Face ID and an additional confirmation.
