STXCORE is a private ledger for small stretches of time that already happened. It is not a planner, and it does not start a countdown on its own. You write the window after it closes, or you stop a simple clock and confirm the record yourself. A slice keeps when the window started, how many minutes it lasted, the cue you actually used, and two marks from 1 to 5: how you arrived, and how clear you felt at the end. You may attach one photograph. The camera and the photo library each ask before they open, and the picture stays with that record on this device. Slices. The ledger of kept windows and passed windows. A passed window is a gap you noticed and did not use. It stays visible so the record does not pretend every minute was well spent, and it does not raise cue totals, field minutes, clarity, charts, or weekly aims. Cues. Reusable instruction cards, not tasks scheduled ahead of time. A card shows uses, minutes, and average clarity, counted only from kept slices. Built-in cards can be edited and cannot be deleted. Five window briefs are short readings for commute, queue, break, handover, and evening. Each brief can close by prefilling a new slice. Pulse. Charts drawn from kept slices: clarity over time, a candlestick view, minutes by weekday, and minutes by the kind of window. Fields are Read, Stretch, Settle, Sketch, and Reach. A linger is one sentence that stayed after a window. Aims. A weekly minute target set beside the slices from that week, plus lookbacks you write yourself. Desk. The object that was in your hands, and a later return when that same object shows up again. Slice starters, a plain-text summary you can copy, and preferences for which day the week starts and how many minutes a new slice suggests. Any record can be edited or deleted. The ledger stays on this device. The clock only measures the window you are in. Leaving that page does not save a slice.
