Umovi Calendar supports the daily work of owners, managers and employees of organisations with Umovi business accounts managed through the web workspace. It is designed for managing the organisation’s bookings and clients in a professional capacity. It is not intended for consumers booking services for personal use. YOUR DAY IN ONE CALENDAR View the day's bookings. Owners and managers can select employee calendars, while employees work with their own calendar. MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS Create bookings, choose a client and service, and change the time. Confirm or cancel bookings, mark services as completed and record no-shows. Browse pending and upcoming bookings and your booking history. CLIENTS AND COMMUNICATION Find clients and add or update their details. Use client records, notes and attachments, and messages linked to a booking. A QUICK LOOK AT YOUR SCHEDULE Notifications and widgets help you keep track of upcoming bookings and those waiting for confirmation. On iPad, work with the calendar and booking details side by side. An existing Umovi account and authorised access to a business location as an owner, manager or employee are required. Each person signs in with their own credentials. Full management of business locations and their settings takes place in the web workspace. Available actions depend on your role. The interface supports Polish, English, German, Spanish and Czech.
