Via Privata

About

Via Privata is a luxury travel advisory. This app is where you find everything we arrange for you, and the quickest way to reach us. YOUR JOURNEYS Each upcoming trip with its dates, confirmation numbers and any note from your concierge. Your travel documents are here too, from tickets to hotel confirmations, until a week after you check out. Journeys stay on your phone, so they are there even without a connection. YOUR CONCIERGE Write to us in the app and the reply arrives as a notification. Plan a new journey, ask to change or cancel a booking, or ask anything at all. WhatsApp and email work too. OFFERS Current offers at the hotels we work with. Filter by month, by brand or by offers ending soon, then ask us to secure one for your dates. BOOK ONLINE Our client portal opens inside the app, for when you would rather search and book a hotel yourself. We look after every booking made there. YOUR PREFERENCES Keep your room preferences, dietary needs, frequent flyer numbers and the name on your passport in one place, so every booking starts right. Already a client? Sign in with the email you use with us. New to Via Privata? Choose "Become a member" on the first screen and we will email you a link to set your password.
