Take a photo or choose one from your library, adjust the crop, and zoom in to review details. REUSABLE CHECKLISTS Start with home, office, move-out, deep-cleaning or guest-turnover templates. Add groups and individual tasks, reorder items, and save your own templates. Track completed, pending and not-applicable items without treating an unconfirmed task as done. VOICE NOTES AND OPTIONAL AI Record and transcribe field notes, or type them yourself. With your consent, AI organizes text into a summary, completed work, issues and follow-up tasks. Review and edit every result before delivery. Photos and recordings are not sent to the AI provider. PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY Add your company name and logo, preview your report and export a PDF. Sign in and sync to create a client link valid for 30 days. Clients can view the report and enlarge photos in a browser, without installing an app. You can revoke links. WORK OFFLINE Collect photos and notes without a connection. Sign in when you want cloud sync and client links. Local records and manual PDF export are available without an account. Editable sample jobs help you get started. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD Use a split list and editor on iPad and an adaptive layout on smaller screens. Your client content stays in the language you entered. OPTIONAL PRO SUBSCRIPTION New accounts receive 5 successful AI requests. An active Pro subscription removes that free AI quota, subject to fair-use and request limits. Monthly and annual options are available. Prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting your app account does not cancel a subscription.
