Parrail helps an independent kitchen turn a manual opening count into a practical prep run. Add each prepared item with its station, unit, target par and yield per batch. At service setup, enter what is already on hand. Parrail shows the shortfall and the number of whole batches suggested for each item. Work station by station, record completed batches, and see what remains. Each run keeps its own counts and progress even when you later edit the item catalog. You provide the recipe yields, pars and counts. It does not predict demand, calculate shelf life or food safety dates, connect to a POS, or certify handling practices.
