Sardo is a local brew notebook for planning coffee recipes and remembering the details of each cup. Keep your recipes, coffee beans, guided brew steps, and brew history together on your iPhone. Create recipes for Pour Over, French Press, AeroPress, and Moka Pot. Set your coffee dose, water amount, temperature, grind setting, and total brew time, then organize the process into timed steps with cumulative water targets. Keep a separate record for each coffee bean, including its origin, roast level, processing method, roast date, and notes. When it is time to brew, follow the built-in timer through each recipe step. Afterward, record actual measurements, a rating, flavor tags, and notes for next time. Sardo includes sample recipes to help you get started. Search and filter your recipe collection, save favorites, and review previous brews. No account is required; your recipe and brew records are stored locally on your device.
