TruScan turns a photographed page into a searchable, named document you can share in one tap - on iPhone and iPad. SCAN Pick Document, Photo, ID Card or Passport Photo right in the camera. Document mode takes page after page on its own. Up to three shots per page are merged for sharper text, and TruScan tells you if a page came out blurry. Text is read on your device, and each document is named - invoice, receipt, letter, contract. Import PDFs and pictures from Files or Photos. EDIT - RIGHT AFTER THE SHOT, OR ANY TIME Adjust: one-tap Auto tone, plus exposure, shadows, warmth and more. Looks: clean-paper looks for documents; photo looks with an intensity slider. Crop: print, social and ID presets, straighten, rotate, flip. Fix: restore faded colour, remove dust, fix red-eye, heal spots. Background: remove, replace or blur it. Size: exact dimensions and file size, from email to an 8x10 print. Sign documents, compare with the original, undo any edit. Tap Done and carry on: saving finishes in the background. ORGANISE AND SHARE Folders, search by title or text, and Recently Deleted for 30 days. Share a searchable PDF in one tap, email it to yourself, add a password, print, or keep a copy in Files. Merge scans; split, move and copy pages. PASSPORT AND ID PHOTOS 30 official photo specifications for 15 countries and the Schengen area - passports, visas, residence cards and national ID cards. The camera guides you live: face size, level, lighting, background. Official photos are never retouched - authorities forbid it - only cropped and sized to the rules, as a print sheet or a file for online forms. The issuing authority decides acceptance; TruScan does not guarantee approval. PHOTOS Select many photos and apply Auto tone, a look or your own saved look to all of them at once. Optional AI enhancement restores an old photo. TruScan asks first, then sends only that photo to Finn Digital's AI service (processed by fal.ai). Nothing is used to train models, and your original is kept. FIND IT FAST Spotlight finds scans by title. Its index stays on your device and adds first lines only for everyday documents like receipts - IDs never show their details. Ask Siri to "Scan a document with TruScan" or "Open my last scan in TruScan", or use them in Shortcuts. Add the Scan control to Control Center, the Lock Screen or the Action button. On iPad: a split-view library, editing panels beside the page, keyboard shortcuts, drag and drop. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Scanning, editing, text recognition and naming run on your device. No account is required. iOS Data Protection keeps closed files unreadable while your device is locked. Lock TruScan with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode; the lock also takes your scans out of search. Synced scans can be encrypted on your device with your own passphrase and recovery code; we cannot read them, or recover them if both are lost. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking.
