IXXO Med connects you with your own medical practice. See your appointments, book a new one, read the results your doctor released, send a photo to the practice and keep your heart readings and medicines in one place. You connect once with the QR code or the clinic code your practice gives you. No account and no password. What you can do • Appointments: see your upcoming and past visits with what to bring and how to prepare. Book a new visit, choose another time or cancel, and add it to your calendar. The time you choose is held for you for 7 minutes while you confirm. • My health: the results your doctor released to you, your visit summaries, other documents and your treatment plan. They stay readable without internet. • Notifications: when a result is ready or an appointment changes. The text on the lock screen never shows medical details. • Send a photo: take or choose a photo for your doctor, for example a rash, a wound or a medicine box, with a short note. Location and camera details are removed before sending. Not for urgent cases. • My heart: with your permission, heart rate, resting heart rate, irregular rhythm notifications, ECG classifications (not the recording), AFib History, blood oxygen and blood pressure from the Health app go to your practice. Blood pressure week with reminders, a Bluetooth chest strap or blood pressure cuff, reading history for 7, 30 or 90 days and symptom reports. • Medicines: reminders for your own medicines and for the medicines your doctor prescribed. Tick a dose as taken from the reminder. • My practice: call the practice and get directions. • Apple Watch, widget and Live Activity: your latest numbers, today's doses and one tap symptom reports on your wrist. • Greek and English, with the language chosen for this app only. Some features depend on what your practice offers. Privacy Your information goes only to your own practice, over an encrypted connection. No advertising, no tracking, nothing is sold. The app reads from Health and never writes to it. When you disconnect, everything the app kept on your iPhone is deleted. Important IXXO Med does not diagnose and is not an emergency service. Your practice does not watch your data around the clock. In an emergency, call 112. The app works with practices that use IXXO Med; you need a connection from your practice to use it.
