HotPot Story 1.3 is our biggest update yet. NEW WAYS TO PLAY ・Lucky Bags: Pull with gems, or with the money you earn while running your shop. 30 items in all: ingredients, decor, and outfits. No blanks, and duplicates turn into shards. Get the same ingredient 3 times and its level cap goes up. See what can come out, and the odds, under "What you can get and odds" on the bag screen. ・Friends' Shops: Visit a friend's shop with your own manager and send a like. You become friends only when you send a request and they accept. Requests from people you don't know are off by default. ・Visitor events: While you're open, 18 kinds of guests, such as regulars and critics, stop by to chat. Your answer changes your money, reviews, or visitors a little. ・Cafe Chapter: Once you open your 2nd shop, you can enter the Cafe Chapter from the title screen. ・Help chat with the Area Manager ("Elimane"): Ask a question and get an answer. If it can't help, you can send your question to the developer. YOUR SHOP GROWS ・Customers now pick their spice level and noodles, and 6 new ingredients are in ・"Shop Rank" gives you more to spend money on. Higher ranks bring rare guests more often and raise the price of each bowl ・After you open more space, new goals guide you through bags, upgrades, hiring and more. Clear them for gems, and your first bag is free ・You can open up to 3 shops (a manager deputy's wage is charged while you're away from a shop) ・Place your decor anywhere you like ・Quests now have 9 levels of difficulty, plus new lasting quests NOTICE ・An internet connection is now required to play in the shop. The title screen and Settings open without a connection. Players who bought Remove Ads can play offline. FIXES ・Deluxe tables now show on counters, booth seats, and round tables ・The buyer now orders the ingredients you're running low on first ・The staff next to the register now hand out water to waiting customers ・Fixed restocker spots, the path around the return counter, and the fridge case that could not be bought ・You can now see your manager when standing behind equipment ・Customer speech bubbles are bigger and stay for 9 seconds ・Reduced stuttering when the shop is crowded or the upgrade screen is open ・Fixed cards and buttons whose left and right edges looked cut off ・New look for gems and the gem shop ・Minor bug fixes

A tiny malatang shop behind a single noren curtain. That's your shop. Stock the shelves, and customers pick their favorite ingredients and dig in at their seats. Spend your earnings on tables and rooms until both floors are packed and the whole town is lining up. Glass noodles, bok choy, tofu, mushrooms, fish balls, beef, napa cabbage, quail eggs, shrimp, lamb.
