The station has gone dark. Your paddle is its last spark. With Neon Breaker: Station 88, rediscover the fun of brick breaking in an original, neon-lit retro space setting. Aim your rebounds, chain your hits, and light up 10 distinct sectors on your way to facing the Warden. Designed for straightforward play, entirely offline. YOUR THUMB STAYS CLEAR OF THE ACTION Slide one finger along the control strip below the paddle. The paddle follows your horizontal position without making you cover the ball. Lift your finger to launch a waiting ball, or tap Launch. A hit near the center sends the ball upward; a hit near an edge gives it a sharper angle. You choose the trajectory! TEN SECTORS, ONE FINAL CHALLENGE Docking lights, solar wings, interwoven circuits, a star map: each sector has its own layout. Some armored bricks take several hits. In the tenth sector, the Warden moves with its armor. Destroy all its protective bricks, then hit its exposed core eight times to restore the station. THREE POWER-UPS TO CHANGE THE GAME Multiball: play with up to three balls at once. You only lose a life when the last ball falls. Wide paddle: widen your paddle for 15 seconds to catch tricky returns more easily. Piercing ball: cut through bricks and their armor for 9 seconds. The Warden's core stays protected until its armor is destroyed. Catch the capsules as they drop toward the paddle. Picking up a temporary power-up refreshes its duration instead of adding more seconds. Effects reset when you lose a life or change sectors. EVERY REBOUND COUNTS You start with three lives. Each destroyed brick earns you 50 points before the multiplier is applied. For every four bricks destroyed without a paddle bounce, your combo multiplier increases, up to x5. Damaging an armored brick without breaking it earns 10 points; clearing a sector adds 200 points per remaining life. Keep up the pace to beat your personal best. YOUR PROGRESS, AT YOUR OWN PACE Pause the mission whenever you like. Backgrounding the app and audio interruptions also pause the game. It never resumes on its own: tap Resume when you're ready. Your unlocked sectors, personal best, and five highest-scoring completed flights are saved on your device. Sector select lets you start again in an unlocked area with three lives and a score of zero. After closing the app, your current flight and the ball positions are not restored. RETRO STYLE, YOUR WAY Enjoy a star-filled backdrop, neon colors, and small glowing particles. Artwork, levels, chiptune music, and sound effects are original. Turn music and sound effects on or off separately. Optional haptics accompany certain events on supported devices. DESIGNED FOR IPHONE AND IPAD Play in portrait on iPhone, or in portrait or landscape on iPad, with the playfield's proportions preserved. Choose System, Français, or English in Settings: the language changes immediately and your choice is saved. Compatible with iOS and iPadOS 17 or later. Menus support VoiceOver and larger text. Visual effects respect Reduce Motion. Real-time gameplay requires visual tracking and precise movements. An in-game briefing explains the controls and power-ups.
