About
Plate Call is a food log you talk to. Say or type a meal in your own words, before you eat it or after, and Instinct gives you a call in a blink. Log it in your own words "Ramen and half a beer" is a complete entry. There's no food database to search, and nothing to weigh or portion. Dictation runs on your iPhone. Check before you eat Ask while you can still change your mind. Eat It logs the meal and Skip It lets it go. Logging after the meal works the same way: one sentence and it's saved. Levels you can act on Each meal gets a call (Good meal, Maybe or Hold off) and plain levels for healthiness, calories, added sugar, carbs, protein and processed food. You won't see a calorie count, a daily budget or a red number. A rough answer that comes right away is easy to keep up with, and keeping up is what makes a food log work. Your day at a glance One chart sums up every meal you've logged today, so one look tells you how the day is going. It knows your day Instinct takes your goal and pace into account, along with today's steps, last night's sleep, your workouts, the weather and what you've already eaten. PlateCall works with Apple Health and only reads from it. On your wrist Start a take from the complication on Apple Watch. It keeps recording with your wrist down, and you feel a tap when the call lands. Private by default There's no account. Nothing leaves your iPhone for a third party until you allow it. Instinct Logging is always free, and so are your first 10 calls. After that, calls need Instinct, an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
