About
Stop guessing in the gym. Iron Streak tells you what to lift today, records what you actually did, and shows whether you're getting stronger. KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO LIFT TODAY Every lift gets a top-set target: a weight and rep count worked out from your last session. Hit it and the next target moves up. Fall short and it holds, or eases back after a hard miss. • Double progression: earn one more rep, then more weight • Reps in reserve (RIR), if you track it, fine-tunes your next target • Targets use the weight jumps your equipment allows • Tap "Why this target?" to see the rule behind every number LOG EVERY SET IN SECONDS The weight starts at your target, so most sets are just your reps. Warm-up sets, a plate calculator, supersets and a rest timer are built in, and the timer counts down on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Finish a workout to see your time, sets, new PRs, your total weight lifted and how each lift compares with last time. PROOF THAT YOU'RE GETTING STRONGER • Estimated max charts (1RM, 3RM, 5RM and more) for every lift • Your PRs and every top set you've logged • A progress check that only calls a lift stalled after three sessions and three weeks without a new best • Body measurements, progress photos and an estimated date for your goal weight A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU Answer a few questions about your goal, experience, schedule, session length, equipment and injuries, and get a full weekly plan that fits the time you have. Customize it or build your own. When life gets in the way, fit a day into 20, 30 or 45 minutes, work around missing equipment, or swap a lift for the closest match. WEEKLY CHALLENGES A featured workout every week. Finish it to earn the week's medal. YOUR AI TRAINER Ask about training, recovery or nutrition. The AI Trainer knows your plan, your logs and your targets, and any change it suggests waits for your approval. Film a set for a form check: it reviews still frames from your video and tells you what to fix first, with a cue for each fix. The video stays on your phone. A STREAK THAT KEEPS YOU CONSISTENT Your workout streak counts the scheduled workouts you finish in a row. Rest days and extra workouts never count against you, and Vacation mode pauses your streak when you're away or sick. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep your streak, today's workout and calories left in view. NUTRITION THAT SUPPORTS YOUR TRAINING Calorie and macro targets are set from your goal and adjust as your weight changes. Log food by search, barcode, photo or your own entries, with foods from FatSecret, USDA and Open Food Facts in one list. Repeat meals in a tap, and track your weight with a 7-day average and a 4-week trend. NEARLY 250 EXERCISES Step-by-step guides with common mistakes, start and finish pictures for most lifts, and a muscle map for every exercise. ALSO • Sign in with Apple or Google. Your data syncs between your iPhone and the web, and the app works offline. • Apple Health: save your weigh-ins and workouts, and bring in weigh-ins from a smart scale • Import your history from Strong or Hevy, and export your data as CSV • Workout and calorie reminders • Pounds or kilograms, dark mode, and theme colors with matching app icons SUBSCRIPTION Iron Streak is a subscription: $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year (US prices), with a 1-month free trial for new subscribers.
