About

Would you date this cat? If you were a cat, obviously. On cards with one photo, swipe right for yes, left for no, up for a Super Meow. With several photos, swipe sideways to browse them and use the buttons to vote. Or tap one of the four silly reasons on the card, like “Dead gifts = love” or “Screams at 4 a.m.” After every vote the crowd weighs in: 72% would date Mochi. You agree with the crowd. Next cat. A dating app with no dating Date This Cat is a comedy app. It looks like a dating app and isn’t one. Nobody dates anybody, humans least of all. There’s no chat, no matching, no DMs and no way to contact another user. Owners see totals, never who voted. Put your cat up for judgement Add a photo and the app checks it’s a cat. If you agree to the AI step, it writes a first draft of the profile in deadpan cat: bio, job, vices, prompt answers and four reason buttons. You approve every word before strangers get a vote. Then watch the % yes, the top reasons and the Super Meows roll in. Then the podium Weekly and all-time, worldwide and in your city. Share your cat’s verdict or rank as a card for your Stories. Nine lives a day Nine Super Meows a day. Spend them like a cat would: on impulse. Some of them need a home Verified animal shelters post cats that are up for adoption. Their cards carry a “Looking for a home” badge and one link: to the shelter’s own adoption page. Switch the deck to Adopt to see them, your city first. House cats So there’s always someone to judge, we added house cats: real cats in photos from Wikimedia Commons, credited on the card. Their personalities are made up. They judge too: house cats vote on new cats and show up in the rankings, always labelled. Just a city Sign in with Apple in one tap. The app asks Apple for no name and no email. Only the name of your city leaves your phone, never your location, and photos lose their location data before anyone sees them. House rules Cats only. Be nice. No contact details. Report anything weird with the “…” on any card: every report is checked within 24 hours. Free. No ads. No DMs. Just cats and the crowd.
