Blipster

About

Blipster shows you the wait time before you even leave home, lets you join the queue from your phone, and notifies you as soon as it’s your turn. FOR CUSTOMERS • Check how busy a business is in real time before heading there. • Join the queue remotely and wait wherever you want, without standing in line. • Receive a notification when your turn is approaching and when your name is called. • Find nearby businesses on an interactive map, with real-time wait times. • Save your favorite locations and access them in one tap. • View all your orders and every queue you’ve joined in one place. FOR BUSINESSES • Manage your queue from the counter: call, serve, skip, and recall customers. • Take orders and track them from receipt through preparation and pickup. • View a live dashboard showing who is waiting and how long they’ve been waiting. • Review the day’s activity to adjust staffing during peak periods. No more paper tickets, shouting numbers, or crowds at the entrance. Your customers save time, and you get a clear, visible queue. Blipster is ideal for cafés and restaurants, hair and beauty salons, clinics and pharmacies, service counters, repair shops, and anywhere else where a queue forms. Getting started is quick: create your business, open your counter, and share your code. Customers join from their phones; no installation is required at the counter.
