Connect for Biz is the shop side of Chiya Connect. It runs the counter of a tea shop, cafe, restaurant or small shop from one phone or tablet. SELL AND BILL - Tap items to build a sale, record cash, QR (Fonepay, eSewa, Khalti) or credit, and work out change. - Every bill gets an invoice number. Add VAT and the buyer's PAN when you need to. - Print the bill to any AirPrint printer, or share it. - Split a bill, void a line with a reason, or issue a credit note. TABLES AND KITCHEN - Lay out your tables, open orders per table and send lines to the kitchen. - The kitchen view shows what is waiting and what is done. TODAY AT A GLANCE - Takings, number of bills, busy hours, sales mix and the last seven days on one screen. - A day report with VAT collected, for the owner and managers. STOCK - Keep stock counts for what you sell and see what is running low. CUSTOMERS AND CREDIT - Keep a customer list with phone numbers and credit balances. - Sell on credit and see who owes what. - Membership tiers with automatic member discounts. BOOKS - Cash book for money in and out. - Purchases and suppliers, with VAT on purchases. YOUR TEAM - Owners, managers and staff each get their own sign-in. Staff can sell; expenses and reports stay with owners and managers. KEEPS GOING WHEN THE NETWORK DROPS - The app shows when it is offline and syncs waiting sales when the connection is back.
