Bizaxl School

About

Bizaxl School is the staff app for schools that run on Bizaxl. Teachers, principals and school administrators get the school day in their pocket — the register, lesson plans, approvals and the school at a glance — connected live to your school's own Bizaxl site. TAKE ATTENDANCE IN TWO TAPS Open the app, tap Mark attendance, and the whole class is marked Present. Change only the exceptions — Absent, Half day or Leave — with one tap each, and save. Students you haven't marked are shown as not marked, never as absent. LESSON PLANS FROM A PHOTO Photograph a page of your plan book and get a draft lesson plan back to review and edit. Low-confidence lines and gaps are flagged so nothing slips through. Send plans for approval and see what was approved, or why a plan came back. FOR PRINCIPALS AND SCHOOL LEADERS • Today's attendance across every class, calculated from the same registers teachers take • Pending approvals in one queue — lesson plans, leave requests, hostel applications and more • Syllabus coverage, counting approved plans only • Fees collected and key school figures at a glance FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS • Admissions and front office • Fees, dues and receipts, including fee concessions • Certificates and ID cards • Staff access, school setup and data protection • Communications with families TEACHING TOOLS • Your timetable and class timetables, with substitutions • Homework and marks • Exams, exam schedules and question papers, substitutions • Homework and marks • Exams, exam schedules and question papers • The school calendar and shared files SCHOOL OPERATIONS Depending on the modules your school uses: library, laboratories, hostel, transport, stores and the infirmary — each shown only to the staff who run it. BUILT FOR SCHOOL DATA Your school holds children's records, so the app is built to protect them. Your sign-in is stored in the device's secure keychain, never sent over an insecure connection, and everything — including downloaded files — is cleared when you sign out. Light and dark mode, following your phone or your choice. WHO CAN SIGN IN Bizaxl School is for school staff: school administrators, principals, and teachers. Accounts are created by your school — ask your school administrator for access. You'll need your school's Bizaxl site address to sign in.
