RentIQ Landlord

About

RentIQ Landlord helps landlords manage rental properties and keep rental records in one place. Sign in with your RentIQ landlord account. Manage properties, units, tenants and tenancies. Review meter readings and photos submitted by tenants, keep track of rental and utility charges, and prepare settlement receipts. Record payments, refunds, deposits and expenses, and access documents linked to your rental records. Receive notifications about your properties and use the app in English or Hungarian. RentIQ Landlord records payments made outside the app; it does not transfer money or process rent payments. Settlement receipts are rental records, not tax invoices. Tenants should use the separate RentIQ Tenant app.
