At the registration desk Issue a queue number per clinic with one tap. The ticket prints automatically on a thermal printer (Bluetooth on iPhone/iPad, USB on Windows). Pick any available printer on the spot when the queue gets busy. Self-registration by QR code Patients scan a QR code posted around the hospital, choose a clinic, and their number is issued straight away. The ticket prints by itself at the registration desk. For clinic staff Call next, call again, skip and finish patients. See today's patient count per clinic. For the waiting room A TV screen shows the number being called and how many are waiting. Voice announcements (in Indonesian) with a ding-dong chime. For hospital managers Set up clinics, service hours, daily quotas and staff accounts. Reports on patient volume, waiting time and busy hours. The app interface is available in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Patients do not need to install anything: they just scan the QR code on the ticket to see their place in the queue.
