Freshness labels point you to the tin to drink first. Take a photo and Tama cuts the tin out of the picture, so your shelf looks like yours. Remember how you made it Start from your last bowl, a saved recipe or one of three starting points: usucha, koicha or a latte. Adjust the matcha, water and temperature for each bowl, and a calm timer walks you through cooling the water, sifting, whisking and finishing. It can let you know when the water has cooled.
