Yard Buddy shows you one thing: how far you are from the green. Front, center and back, from exactly where you stand. Nothing to set up. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT No ads. Not on the course, not between holes, not ever. Works without signal. Courses are saved to your phone the first time you open them. After that a dead zone changes nothing. Bunkers and water. Tap the yardage for every bunker and water ahead: how far to reach it and how far to carry it. The watch works on its own. Yard Buddy on Apple Watch is not a mirror of your phone. It holds the course itself and measures from your wrist. Leave the phone in the cart. Say it out loud. Tap the speaker and it reads the distance, so you can keep your glove on and your eyes on the shot. HOW IT WORKS Pick your course from the ones nearest you. Walk. The hole changes by itself as you move up the course. Sign in with Apple or Google so your subscription follows you to a new phone, or tap Not now. COURSES More than 6,000 courses in the US, Canada and the UK, and growing every week. Search by name, town or street. If we do not have yours, searching for it tells us to add it. SUBSCRIPTION Yard Buddy needs a subscription. One subscription covers iPhone and Apple Watch. - Yearly: 1 month free for new subscribers, then billed once a year. - Monthly: billed each month from the day you subscribe. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
