About

Digin is a place for a team to work: issues, pages, chat and calls, in one small server that you or your organisation runs. This is its app for iPhone and iPad, written for them rather than wrapped around a web page. It needs a Digin server. Choose digin.work, the hosted one, or type your organisation's own address. Sign in with Apple, through your organisation's single sign-on, or with a code sent to your email — whichever that server offers. ISSUES • Every project's issues as a list or a board, by status, with priority, assignee, due date, labels and milestones. • My Work: what is assigned to you across every project, overdue first. • Open an issue to read it, comment, tick its steps, change its status or hand it on. • Make an issue from anywhere: the app, a widget, Control Centre, Siri or Shortcuts. PAGES • The workspace's documents, read natively, tables and all. • Print a page, or save it as a PDF, set in the workspace's own look. CHAT • Channels, direct messages and group conversations, with replies, reactions, files and edits. • Report a message or block a person, and they are kept away from you. • Answer a notification where it lands, or mark it read. CALLS AND ROOMS • Call a person or a group from a conversation. Calls ring like a phone call, on the Lock Screen too. • See who is in the office's rooms and join one with a tap. INBOX AND NOTIFICATIONS • Mentions, assignments and replies in one inbox, with a badge that is right. • Notifications arrive while the app is closed, and the words in them come straight from your server to your device. SEVERAL SERVERS AT ONCE • Add as many Digin servers as you belong to — work, a client, a co-op — each with its own sign-in, kept apart from the others. • A Focus filter shows only the servers that matter now and keeps the others quiet. ON THE HOME SCREEN AND BEYOND • Widgets for your unread count and your work. • Siri and Shortcuts: open the Inbox, My Work or the rooms, make an issue, open one by its key. • Search across issues and pages. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The app talks to the servers you add and to nothing else. It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and keeps nothing but each server's address and the access that server gave this device, in the keychain. That access is an ordinary token you can take away from the server's Settings at any time. You can close your account from the app's Settings. Digin is built to run inside your own boundary: workspaces kept strictly apart, documents encrypted at rest, and an audit log of who did what. Find out more at digin.work.
