About

Ten minutes turns into fifteen. Twenty turns into thirty-five. If your guesses run short, a plan built on them is late before it starts. Shoes On plans with how long things really take you. SET THE TIME YOU LEAVE Pick when you need to walk out the door and the steps before it: shower, get dressed, breakfast, pack your bag, shoes and keys. Shoes On works backward from the door and tells you when to start. TAILORED TO YOU Tell it how far your guesses usually run over. If getting ready feels like an hour but really takes an hour and a half, your plan starts earlier from day one. Then, as you tap Done on each step, it learns your real time for every step, your overall pace, and how long you usually take to get going after the alert. KNOW WHEN YOU'RE SLIPPING While you get ready, one screen shows the step you're on, the time left for it, and whether you're on track or minutes behind. The same view sits on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a Done button. ALERTS ALONG THE WAY You get an alert to start getting ready, a heads-up before a long step runs out, a nudge when a step's time is up, a warning 10 minutes before you leave, and one when it's time to go. They are Time Sensitive, so they can come through a Focus if you allow it. BUILT FOR MORNINGS THAT GO SIDEWAYS Missed the get-ready alert? Two follow-ups tell you when starting right now still gets you out the door. If you fall behind mid-routine, it offers to drop one later step that wins the time back. On an unusual day, skip the routine or give it a one-off leave time without touching your usual plan. Done and Skip can be undone for a few seconds, and a Home Screen and Lock Screen widget counts down to your start. FREE, AND STAYING FREE Your first routine, with every alert, the Lock Screen view, the widget and all the learning. SHOES ON PRO Every routine (workdays, school runs, the gym, weekends) and the Apple Watch coach, which shows your step and pace on your wrist and lets you tap Done from there. Shoes On Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. New subscribers get a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings, under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by region. No account: your routines and timings stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Shoes On is a planning aid. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition.
