Welcome to the Cubby Cats. The guests have arrived, and every one of them has an opinion about where to sit. Cubby Cats is a logic puzzle about seating cats. Each clue on the board gives you one relationship and nothing more — who sits to the left of whom, who refuses to be beside whom, who has two cubbies of clear space between them. Read them together, work out the only arrangement that satisfies all of them at once, and every clue turns green when you get it right. It starts gently. Three cats, two clues, and the answer falls out in a moment. By the last chapter you are placing six cats from five overlapping clues, and half of them only make sense once you have placed the other half. Every level is built to have exactly one solution, so when the clues all turn green you know you have found it — no guessing, no luck. Finish all 30 levels and Hard Mode opens a different board: a 2x3 grid where the clues are about rows and columns instead — who shares a row with whom, who sits somewhere above whom, who belongs in a corner. 240 of those puzzles, dealt in a shuffled order so no two runs are alike, and every one of them checked to have a single answer. There is no timer and nothing to lose. If you get stuck, a Hint will seat one cat for you so you can carry on from there. Fish you earn by clearing levels can be spent on Hints, or saved up, and a daily visit tops them up. Meet all nine regulars along the way and fill in the cat album. Warm, quiet and made for a few minutes at a time. Just cats and their seating arrangements.
