Forkmatic is the guide and the log for the forklifts you are responsible for. On one side: the machine types, the dimensions, the safety rules and the legal framework of your country. On the other: your fleet, the pre-start check for the three moments of a shift, inspection dates, the maintenance programme and the calculations for capacity, stability, aisle width and wear. It works offline, without an account, and it says where every rule and every number it shows comes from. THE SHIFT CHECK - 73 items, ordered by the three moments of a shift: before start, with the engine running, in operation - Fifteen machine types, each with its own numbered drawing of where to look - A "no" opens a fault work order and the machine is marked as out of service - The person handing over and the person taking over sign off; the record is a document THE FLEET - Workplaces, machines, operators and every record that hangs off them - Periodic inspection and service dates, with reminders before they run out - A maintenance programme of 66 tasks on hours and days, whichever comes first - Documents filed with the machine: inspection report, gas tightness, exhaust emission, operator certificate, handover sheet, rental agreement THE GUIDE AND THE TRAINING - 16 sections, 65 articles, each one naming the standard behind it - A course of 10 modules and 80 questions, with an exam of 15 questions marked at 60 per cent - 14 toolbox talks written for the start of a shift, with an attendance record and signatures - The anatomy of the machine, the hydraulic and electrical circuits, and a stability triangle you can drive THE CALCULATIONS Capacity at a load centre, residual capacity at height, stability, aisle width, battery and gas consumption, tyre and chain wear, ramp and slope. Every result shows the figures it used, and says plainly that the machine's own capacity plate is the authority. WHAT COMES OUT Every report is a PDF with a SHA-256 digest, a readable short code and a QR code, so a document can be verified after it leaves the app. Export the whole ledger to a file you own, and import it again on another device. WHAT IT IS NOT Forkmatic inspects nothing. It carries out no periodic inspection, issues no certificate and does not decide whether a machine is fit for use. The free tier is paid for by ads, which every membership removes. Premium adds unlimited workplaces, the operator register, the inspection transfer, document verification and the AI reading, which runs on your own provider account.
