Share it only when you choose. Private by design Your journal is stored on your device. CareLog has no account, no cloud sync, no analytics and no server for your care notes. Dictation and recaps use on-device Apple models; speech-model downloads may require a connection to Apple. CareLog does not save your dictated audio. The free plan includes one care recipient, voice and quick entries, on-device recaps where supported, and the most recent 30 days of history. Older entries remain stored on your device. Premium unlocks full history and visit-summary PDFs through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. CareLog is a journal, not a medical device. Recaps are not medical advice.
