Shop Aisle8

About

Shop Aisle8 is the customer app for independent grocery delivery businesses. Your shopper is a real person with a name and a face — not a rotating stranger — and this is where you build your list, follow the shop, and pay. Accounts are created by invitation from the business you shop with. A shopper who knows you See who is shopping for you, message or call them from the home screen, and get their notes about what's on sale this week. The same person, order after order. Build your list however you like Browse your store's catalog and tap to add. Or just tell Ai8, the built-in assistant: "12 bananas, a gallon of organic 2% milk, 3 fat-free yogurts, prefer Chobani." Snap a photo of an old receipt and say "add everything except the avocados." Ask for the ingredients for taco night for a family of five. Change your mind until shopping starts Your delivery is scheduled for a date and a time window, and your list stays open right up until your shopper begins. Add, remove, adjust. Tap "I'm done" when you're ready. Follow the order Scheduled, shopping, delivered — see where things stand at any time in the app. See exactly what you paid for Every order ends with the actual store receipt attached, itemized alongside with any fees. One total, nothing buried. Support that answers Message the team from inside the app. Replies come back as a notification.
