Keep the wording with the vote. DecisionSession helps committee secretaries prepare an agenda, record motion amendments and participation, and publish a versioned minutes record. Compare proposed wording with the minute paragraph. Record yes, no, abstention, recusal and absence separately, and explicitly confirm the recorded outcome. When wording changes, review the associated vote record before confirming it again. Published editions remain unchanged. A correction creates a successor; acknowledgments stay with the exact edition reviewed. Private working notes are excluded from formal minutes by default. Create and retain drafts on your device, assign actions and dates, request local reminders and share a readable PDF. Optional attendee links let recipients acknowledge a specific edition or request a correction without creating an account. Recorded outcomes are supplied by you. Attendee acknowledgment is not a legal signature or a determination that a motion was lawfully adopted. Free: two new meetings per calendar month, local records, PDFs and manual responses. After the monthly free meetings are used, choose an optional rewarded video to earn one extra local meeting credit. Credits do not expire and are used only after the monthly free meetings. Saved records, PDFs and JSON exports never require a video. Pro adds unlimited local meetings and private review links. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Eligible trials and localized prices are shown in the app. A one-time lifetime option is also available. Optional videos use Google AdMob and regional privacy choices. The ad service may process device, advertising, interaction, approximate location and diagnostic data; meeting titles, attendees, wording, private notes, editions, responses and review keys are not attached to ad requests.
