Registration takes a minute: give your business name and type, your area and your contact details. You can browse straight away; ordering opens once ESB Group approves your business. FOR ESB GROUP'S FIELD TEAM • My Day — the customers planned for today, in order, with one tap to log a call, get directions or move it. • Who to call on next — a ranked list of the accounts most worth a visit. • Calls — structured visit reports for doctors, pharmacies and drug stores, with products discussed, samples given and objections raised. • Orders, returns and bonus requests, raised in front of the customer and sent for approval. • Expenses, leave requests, stock checks and collections, each following the company's own approval chain. • Targets — this month's and this quarter's progress, by product. WORKS WHERE YOU WORK Records you create without a signal are queued on the device and sent as soon as the connection returns, so nothing is lost between calls.
